Venting I feel like my memories got lost

I try to remember what I was doing in certain dates and parts of life but nothing comes to my mind maybe I have brain damage
I feel like my brain has been out of whack lately. I don't enjoy anything anymore my day is spent trying to escape the pain.

I can kind of remember 3-4 years ago but its all foggy and I feel like nostalgia is making me think those times were better than they really were
I kind of had hope back then and a more optimistic outlook but since then my brain got fried by my shitty lifestyle I guess but it's not look I was really happy back then either

I feel like I forgot who I really am, i feel like a shell of my former self

I am not living I am just passing time

I had some things going on for me but they all got stripped away from me
