Today at the gym I needed an inclined bench to do 3 sets of something. I went to the area where the benches are, they were all were occupied, so I started asking "How many sets do you have left?" hoping someone would answer a low number, but no luck. The last bench had a woman on it, I asked her the question, she literally turned her head and ignored me so I tapped her shoulder and asked again, she quickly replied annoyed "2 more sets". The fact that she replied before I even finished asking the question confirms my theory that she heard me the first time and just ignored me, she didn't have any earbuds. Anyways, this woman was not actually using the bench, she had her stuff on it but she was doing something else that didn't require the bench, still I decided to wait for her to finish and move her stuff. She then ran off to another machine and left all her stuff on the bench, just so that I couldn't use it, while she did some other workout at some other part of the gym. I should've just thrown all of her stuff to the ground and seize the bench for myself. Anyways, I had to be a woman, of course. It was one of these benches:
