I doubt they told you they’re not renewing your contract because you’re useless. There must be a specific reason. Go talk to someone who knows and find out the truth. You need to understand your weaknesses – don’t just make assumptions. And don’t feel ashamed about it. It’s better to know the real reason so you can work on it. All the best, man.
