Below are the moments the ol Jo was in heaven: 0:09 to 0:45 at 0:46 mom asks her daughter, " are you okay?" Note her pulling away from creepy whispering and evil laugh! Plus he is even smelling her hair.... Next victim is sucked in, beginning at 1:03 won't let go of girls hand .. the blatant invasive violations of personal space continues as I carefully point out here.... 1:27 to 2:15 at 1:46 his right hand is hidden from view as she is seen jutting forward and clutching her clothing! At 2:00 the girl gives an evil eye towards Biden quickly but very noticeable It goes on until 3:03 At 3:57 young girl is touched and at 4:26 she is pulling away from him as his hand is seen purposefully venturing out of bounds! 4:46 he rubs a child's head At 5:02 he rubs boys face and says, "I like kids better than people!" 5:04 gropes(cops another feel,) on the girls head on her left side! At 5:52 he really gets out of control with this one...pulling hair back and asks the grandparent's if he can have a picture with her alone!!! He can be seen whispering sweet nothings while hidden from the cameras super creepy!...ends at 6:54 Next one begins at 7:30 pulling hair off shoulders and caressing face at 7:49 Then you'll see 2 asian girls at 8:24 - 10:27 the girl on his right begins to feel uneasy at 9:04 after he plays with her hair very slowly and sniffs her hair this touch continues til 10:25 At10:36= 10:34 he kisses a little girl 3 times while sliding his right hand up and down the other girls arm... 11:57 he slides his hand up and pets her hair.
