I have no purpose no end goal i honest have no idea why im here . Im trying to do some things to feel productive but i when realize i have zero potential in everything i get depressed.

I tried lots of stuff but was bad at everything
So i just went for a walk with no destination in mind
No phone, no music, just walked
And i liked it, so i did it again, and again...
Then little by little, i started sleeping outside, camping, going for longer hikes
Now the outdoors are a major part of my life
And i love it
