Costumer support might be able to recover it and give it back to me but it’s annoying I lost it in the first place.
Already sent an email and got a reply but now I‘ll have to wait again and it might take days.
It‘s annoying it happened in the first place. I basically unlinked my PS5 account so I could get my mobile HSR onto my PS5 but at the same time my ZZZ account was logged off and is gone now and I have no backup method.
I swear they are incompetent when it comes to making you play multiple accounts on a console.
