i woke up a bit too early today

brutal mate, hope those ssri's helped you at leastWhoever is able to take naps mogs me. I lost the ability to nap or sleep more than 4-5 hours after withdrawing from SSRIs.
They helped my anhedonia a bit, but I left them because of cognitive decline. Of course, it all worsened months later after withdrawing from them. I now suffer from full-blown anhedonia, I don't feel pleasure in anything (although I feel some emotions). You can't reinstate them because it simply won't work but it will worsen your current symptoms (it fucks up your CNS and sometimes it won't even adapt to the pre-medication state, trust me)... look on r/PSSD, very disturbing stuff. I fear my sleep problems will never resolve. There is little to no research on SSRI withdrawal, and we can know why (greed).brutal mate, hope those ssri's helped you at least

I curse the psychiatrists, but not my gullible parents because I still care for them. This is a cruel existence and no different than the wildlife you see in documentaries, I wish I was never born.ive read enough about ssri's to never take them
only meds id take are the ones that make you high
