I once didn't shower for 3 and a half years

I'd been severely abused and criticised and tormented by my mother, and I went into a depression so deep, that I stopped doing pretty much everything

and she either ignored me, or criticised me again, so I stayed in that state and got worse

its just as well that I didnt leave the house

I'm not sure if this is a big deal around here, but its unheard of in normal society, no one would even believe me

Well physically, mentally. It's a unique experience to not shower for years. Wouldn't you get super dirty or does your body self-cleanse after a certain point?

I take a bath about once a week or once every 2 weeks

way better than three whole years. if you arent feeling it, just wash your armpits. that's what i do when i feel extra lazy
