Goatis advocates for the following diet:
- meat, specially undercooked to preserve nutrients
- fruit
- eggs
- animal fats like butter & cheese
And he wants us to avoid:
- grains like rice, cereal etc..
- vegetables due to their anti nutrient properties
- fully cooked meat
- processed garage
I've tried this diet over the past few weeks
And my unfixable stomach problems have gotten much better
I actually enjoy this food more.
Meat tastes better than grains bullshit
I get cravings for something sweet
Instead of getting chocolate or sweets, I'll eat fruit like watermelon
Honestly fruit tastes way fucking better than sweets and chocolate, we are brainwashed
And eggs, especially if you make the yolk runny, tastes fucking great and the runny yolk makes anything else taste good
And it made me realize I literally don't crave vegetables or grains AT ALL. Because as goatis says, our body doesn't need them or want them
Although I cheat on weekends with takeaways because I'm lazy, but even then my meal is mostly focused around eating lots of meat, although more processed
I want to start trying more raw meat, I'll try sushi soon since I never even tried it
And I may begin adding honey to my meat to make it taste better
And eating more animal fats like cheese, although he recommended its not 100% ideal but better than other shit
But its just to add some more taste to my diet, more variation etc
