Goatis advocates for the following diet:

- meat, specially undercooked to preserve nutrients
- fruit
- eggs
- animal fats like butter & cheese

And he wants us to avoid:
- grains like rice, cereal etc..
- vegetables due to their anti nutrient properties
- fully cooked meat
- processed garage


I've tried this diet over the past few weeks

And my unfixable stomach problems have gotten much better


I actually enjoy this food more.

Meat tastes better than grains bullshit

I get cravings for something sweet


Instead of getting chocolate or sweets, I'll eat fruit like watermelon

Honestly fruit tastes way fucking better than sweets and chocolate, we are brainwashed

And eggs, especially if you make the yolk runny, tastes fucking great and the runny yolk makes anything else taste good


And it made me realize I literally don't crave vegetables or grains AT ALL. Because as goatis says, our body doesn't need them or want them



Although I cheat on weekends with takeaways because I'm lazy, but even then my meal is mostly focused around eating lots of meat, although more processed



I want to start trying more raw meat, I'll try sushi soon since I never even tried it

And I may begin adding honey to my meat to make it taste better

And eating more animal fats like cheese, although he recommended its not 100% ideal but better than other shit

But its just to add some more taste to my diet, more variation etc

I'm pretty addicted too, but it made it easier to spam takeaways and junk on the weekend, and eat goatis diet during the week. So it's less hard if you get me

Goatis is an entertainer at the end of the day, so he’s bound to drop some retarded takes like "cooking meat kills 50% of nutrients" which isn’t true. He doesn’t even break it down between water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble ones. Water-soluble vitamins are sensitive to heat, but fat-soluble ones like A, D etc. are much more heat-resistant. Also the "exercise ages you" is braindead, our ancestors literally had to run for their lives and hunt for food. They didn’t rot in their cave , so doing stuff like MMA or any active training is obviously good for you if you don’t overdo it.

  • Well-done cooking can cause 25-40% total nutrient loss, with most of the loss coming from heat-sensitive vitamins and the rest from moisture and juice loss.

I agree tbh. i think excess exercise like bodybuilding is bad for you tho. very unnatural. but some basic exercise is good. yeah hes too extreme

Need more details, when did you first consume raw meat, how to make sure it's safe, where to get it from etc.

Have you seen how many different kinds of minerals you need in your diet? No one food has all or even most of them but you can have deficiencies in all of them. Vegetables have a lot of these minerals.
As diets go yours sounds relatively good though. Eating processed stuff and loads of grains/bread is no good. If you're avoiding that it's a tier above what most people are doing. Godspeed.
