It looks like a really good base to start with?

I dont see anything bad with it, it just needs stuff such as hair, eyes, colour and other important features, if you do end up finishing it make sure to show us since this is a good start.

if you're serious about it you should definitely watch some tutorials that explain the importance of a clean topology and how to properly work with mirror modifiers (e.g. the neck doesn't properly attach and the ear doesn't have nearly enough topology), can't say a lot more though since you didn't show wire frame (and I also only know some basics, the most i created in blender was lug nuts for assetto corsa)
