You know those guys that talk all day about self improvement, read those books, read those quotes, take cold showers, go to the gym and all that crap.
But Im too lazy and give up inmediately.

Anyone here follow this mindset?

The most important thing about self improvement is to make sure you’re doing it for yourself, and not just to attract foids. I used to try looksmaxxing by dressing neat and styling my hair. I tried going to the gym too but nothing worked.

you don't wanna be those people trust me
they're never actually satisfied because they're just using self improvement as a crutch to escape from something
and they lose valuable time money effort listening to dumb gurus

most of these cases they're powered by being disordered, this is the root of the motivation ( •̀ω •́ゞ)✧
usually it's in extreme lengths compared to the basic self care and health where you lean towards physical appearance rather than actual health. You gotta gaslight yourself and stop whining all these different excuses,

Workout till you physical can't go anymore, if it hurts be grateful you're feeling something for once !! If you binge or eat a bunch of junk food purge it with the method of your choice. I don't promote any of this one bit, it's miserable! :3 once you're in this mindset it eats at you for the rest of your life. it's needing to look and feel perfect or no desire to live, I'm happy when I'm perceived as attractive but at what cost? Just be careful getting into this kinda thing as some habits can develop lifelong psychological effects. Do what makes your heart happiest with moderate self discipline. Balance it out, being healthily attractive, hygienic etc inside and out is the best thing you can achieve.

I was big into self-improvement all of 2022 but eventually you just burn out from it. You gotta come up with a daily schedule and a weekly schedule for yourself and set goals along the way. Small attainable ones, mind. Best of luck
