My kidneys and spine were hurting felt like a hand on my kidneys and spine squeezing them this has been happening at random times since 2021 but my parents said it was because I wasn't drinking enough water even though I drink at least 5 bottols a day it just happens again about 10 minutes ago then it went away after a few minutes still feels like someone has a grip on my spine I don't think its kidney stones since I haven't pissed anything hard and painful yet

I'm waiting for my stepfather to pick me up in 20minutes or so
the pains subsides but I still feel weird like if I fall down my spines gonna break in two
I tried to sweat it out like I've done over the years but couldn't and I went to the office

well I'm home now my stepdad picked me up took me to the store to get cranberry juice to help my mas at work but shes gonna set up a doctors appointment soon
I just feel weird now better than in pain but still weird kinda numb with a little pain cant really describe it

Out of curiosity OP, what size are the water bottles? Because if they're the typical 16.9 fl oz bottles they might not be enough to adequately hydrate you. From my understanding, depending on your daily activity, you might need more water. For example, if you work outside and are physically active you're gonna need more. Maybe like 8-10 on average a day. I personally drink around a gallon of water a day, even on days when I consume alcohol or am hungover.

I also say this as I had a relative who went through kidney stone treatment recently. The doctor was saying that the typical 5 water bottles is the bare minimum or so depending on lifestyle. My relative was working outside in hot summer days without accurately measuring their intake and got pinched by stones. Kidney stones seem to be based around high salt intake and inadequate water consumption.

they are about the average size but 5 bottles is not the only factor I also drink water out of the fountains at least 3 times a day and I always refill my DONT TREAD ON me cup that hold atleast 2 to 3 times the amount of water as the average water bottle
so don't really see the water problem
