I went from rowdy to quiet and introverted

When I was a kid I used to be the loudest person in my school.Teachers used to hate me and call me rude because I was extroverted and did whatever I wanted.Now I barely even talk because there is nothing on my mind.I don't like speaking to humans anymore.All I do is observe without ever saying my point of view in matters.

I don't really know why.I want to pin it on depression but I've never gone to a psychiatrist so who knows.It coincides with my happiness tho,I remember waking up one day knowing that I'll probably never be happy again almost like something switched in me overnight.It was building up for a long time but I tried to cope but when I stopped coping its like I became empty.
