Starving myself is miserable. I will try to optimize everything so I am done in about an hour. Supersets, compound movements, etc.
I‘ll start eating a carnivore diet in the course of the week.
I‘m still eating carbohydrates/sugar today but it‘s only milk products I had left in my fridge.
I will probably go 3-4 times a week and do 8 repetitions per exercise, not sure about how many sets per exercise but probably around 3.
