Most people I have drama with had warning signs that I ignored until something bad happened, but was expected given past behaviour. Its the same with these forums, all users I had drama with had warning signs earlier on that I ignored.
By putting a user on ignore you basically get rid of the drama/problems that user will cause in the future. Don't tell them of course, just ignore them without them knowing. Its better to be honest rather than interact with a user because you hate them but want to be the "cool guy".
If you don't like someone then put them on ignore, then go to their profile and ignore all the users who are friendly with them given they are likely similar.
You may say its cucked to ignore people, however if you want peace of mind and theres 1-2 users annoying you then just do it.
