The jews just scammed me out of $200
On May 14 I ordered this new laptop for $150.82, I got the warranty for it provided by Walmart which costed an extra $39 so that plus tax equated to a total of $201.60
so fast forward to September now I start having issues with this thing after 3-4 months. several keys, mainly the U key became unresponsive. The U key seems to permanently be unresponsive while the others are constantly on and off. It may work at one point while not working at another. This happened to several keys including the N key, the 7 key, and the J key,
now this shit spread to the keypad (it’s becoming unresponsive too) and for some reason the 6 key keeps fucking pressing on its own leading to shit like “6666666666”. I can’t even watch YouTube or videos on the damn thing cuz it keeps skipping ahead.
I tried to get a replacement and Walmart told me to contact the manufacturer. I did that but they want a screenshot of the official invoice with the serial number of the laptop on it. That’s bs cuz all I did was order it online and Walmart never put the serial number on the invoice they emailed me. So the manufacturer was unable to replace this shit despite paying an extra $40 for a warranty.
