Because otherwise it leads to being insecure and having to ask other people for help with basic tasks. I don't like my current way of life muh 'wtf are you doing go sit over there I'll do it for you', muh 'I need to take a year out to work on myself', muh 'I am too retarded to become X'. This too, I should've made myself become normal when I was a kid instead of jestermaxxing/daydreaming to cope. So at this point there's like nothing I can do about it but accept being dumb. Better to be an idiot then just rot thinking you are above it all
