Depression I'm literally losing my senses

My eyesight is getting worse and all I've eaten this month is pringles skittles and french fries. My sense of touch is getting worse and I keep having to clean out my headphones to hear even though they're fine. I started unplugging them and blasting from the speakers as loud as possible but still can't hear as properly. I can't smell anything at all which made me burn a pizza I tried making and nowadays I'm sleeping for all but 3-4 hours of the day. Bros I think I'm getting old. Maybe NEETdom is accelerating my age. I had to adjust my brightness 3 times while reading this. 10% is too low 13% is too high fuck this I can barely see rn

Quit the goyslop start drinking water, eat eggs (no way you have internet but dont have any money for food) get up and boil eggs or wtv you have in your home. Get a decent amount of portion. Also stop usinh yoie headphones alot use them when your gaming, listening to music and dont wear them all day. Being a neet dosent always mean yoi really have to ruin yourself.

That's not fulfilling I need to add it with something else. Eating an omelette alone feels like eating candy it's never enough. I usually make omurice but that takes too long now
