They fired me bro and blamed my performance. I was fired for not speaking to anyone. During my time there they all called/labelled me "the guy who doesn't speak to anyone," and all I wanted to do was be invisible, go to work, and get paid for it but it seems I was too indifferent to them. They even sent me an email about autism... I think I was being bullied honestly. Normies bro, I finally got a job and now this! It hurts I actually liked working there. I only had to take calls and that's it but I guess if you're not very social or a people pleaser this will happen to you. In addition my probation period ends at the end of April but they sent me this saying immediate effect. I won't even appeal bro they all don't want me there. I was better stacking shelves at a supermarket but I can't even work there anymore.

My performance and attendance are good they even gave me a bonus/incentive last paycheck to congratulate my efforts as a new agent. They're confuse bro they obviously can't just say "We're firing you because you're asocial" so they use the performance thingy as a cover up. All I did was go to work, literally held my head down, work and leave when it's time to leave. I literally never spoke to a single person.

That's true, but it's easier said than done. I grew up sheltered and isolated and I stutter sometimes. Plus alot of other factors like anxieties, low self esteem, shyness, depression. I have to fight too much to pretend. I would say pleasantries such as good morning, good evening but no one would answer bro.
