I was drinking way too much caffeine when i had to make drinks with twice as much caffeine for it to taste the way I like and i never drank uncaffinated, I think it fucked me up. But maybe it didnt i had a few other things mess me up. If all you drink is stronger than average coffee you might have been where i was and should quit caffeine for a few days and stop over doing it
