I don't exactly like academia but this is a good insight on incels. Its basically autistic teenagers who have experienced some form of abuse or a broken home and the 2 things of the abuse plus being bullied and excluded outside of the home creates what we know as incels - potentially violent, anti socialm narcassistic, autistic etc.

Most people from broken homes find friends and relationships and move on, but incels due to autism can't do that and end up becoming self proclaimed incels. Theres also a higher amount of interpersonal victimhood among incels.

I'm still trying to make sense of the entire thing, but given its mostly value judgements I doubt I'll ever get a 100% full picture of it all.

I think right now I'm thinking of sort of a libertarian stance, perhaps low status men are just genetic dead ends and should be happy society keeps them alive at all? I guess we need to shift our perspective a bit.

Some people just aren't attractive to women, and are horrible to be around due to autism, narcissism etc. its just what it is.

You described what my life was like. I suffered bullying and psychological abuse from my parents and teachers at school. All of that left traumas that affected the way I relate to other people. Today, my relationship with my family is horrible. I spend full weeks at a time without leaving the house, and I hate my brother.

As for women, they've always been distant from my life. Years ago, it affected me a lot. It still affects me today, but I try to ignore it. It was always frustrating because they never liked me, and they used to bully me just as much as other boys.

Thanks for sharing. Most people from broken homes recover because society supports them and they have friends, girlfriends etc. and they move on. However when both your family and society rejects you then you have no fall back plan. I think that IncelTear members are people who have autism etc. but don't have an unstable homelife or anything now that I think about it.
