Media Is Britain really that bad?

Is this video legit? Is Britain really becoming a shithole to the point that Eastern European economy are surpassing it? I chatted with users here who live and formally lived in the UK but it was hard to believe. So to the UK neet out there how bad is it?

Outside of London it is a decaying country.

Sorry I should probably clarify, London carries the economy. Outside of the main metropolitan area the UK is clearly depressed and destitute. Housing is completely unaffordable which has trickle-down effects, as such I'm not really surprised that the UK has so many NEETs.
