One theory was that the foetus gets too much prenatal testosterone/estrogen but their bone structure is deficient so to fit the brain into the skull it retards the frontal lobe which is why a lot of autists have dyspraxia/speech/social problems and imbalanced intelligence since it also fucks up the rest of the brain

This theory I don't believe because I had a wide, large and forward grown cranium as a child therefore plenty room for my brain and I was still autistic as fuck, even moreso than I'm now.
Personally what I believe is that it's a natural response, a sort of a epigenetic rewrite as a response to vaccine injury, environmental poisons or lack of saturated fats that makes the body retarded.
When you think about it the antisocial traits and differing thinking of autistic people would be of good service the autists in order to distance themselves from the society that made their body retarded.
