Isolation slowly killing me

I'm so lonely and bored all the time. I have no internet friends and just spend my entire day playing games and watching Youtube. I spent christmas alone smoking weed. I dont know what to do anymore, it feels like every day is torturous.

I have the same social anxiety I have IRL in chatrooms for some reason, in some games i can sorta handle it but when it comes to a 1 on 1 with someone I cant do it, and noone really wants to be friends w someone whos too scared to text back
