Discussion Just realized that a year passed without me realizing it

I bought some games last year and was playing them for a bit. I looked at my last played and realized that I haven't played them in around a year. Its a bit of a perplexity because I would have said I played those games only a few months ago when a year has passed. I think the issue is that every day is the exact same so theres nothing to ground time in, a week can feel like a month and a month like a couple of days. On one hand its lifefuel given I am trying to save up for surgery with neetbux, however its sort of scary.

Have any other NEETS gone through this?

Yes. I forgot to turn off Google Photos from backing up shit I don't need (I fucking hate that site) and it recently popped up pictures from an year ago which jolted me because it felt like it was just a few weeks ago. An year already? It's already may? What the fuck

Time passes by at the speed of light unless I'm either incredibly bored or I'm doing something novel/new, it's why I go out of my comfort zone and travel to places or do something weird, because the passage of time can be brutal at times and the routine gets old. The only way to have time slow down is to do something you don't normally do.
