That's why I didn't recommend xanax, once you run out of your supply, you should switch drugs, maybe ketamine or shrooms, and stay far away from benzos for your own good (and also other drugs are more fun)

Your OP is you crashing your car. So you aren't containing yourself, that aside, benzos are notoriously bad in terms of WDs, it can make your baseline anxiety far far worse. It's very important to not develop a physical dependency on any benzo, you don't want to have seizures or nonstop panic attacks. You haven't taken it long enough to develop a dependency yet but it's not a drug you can take daily like kratom and be fine, dependency occurs relatively fast.

The last thing you want is a serious physical dependency on benzos. If you can control yourself, a good test would be to go a month without benzos once you run out. That break period is important to avoid dependency, you can easily find other drugs that hit different receptors and get high if you need a buzz. It'll be more fun too, rather than experiencing the same thing over and over.

Also after a 2 week break from xanax your tolerance will be reset, if you keep taking it daily, your tolerance will be insane.
