I like taking kratom, it makes me fairly low inhib and easygoing. Kava is decent to take too but it tends to make me a little sleepy. These are things you can take often and long-term without getting fucked over massively, also they're legal. A bump of ketamine or some memantine and you'll be fairly low inhib for a good while but you'd have to get that off the markets.

Dosage matters, lower doses will make you more stimulated and focused, higher doses will make you sedated/too lazy to do anything.
