Lets say that you had an opportunity to master one skill or a subject in education.
What would you master and how would you use your skill, whether in society or for personal use?
Mind you, you will have full financial backing, living space, all the necessary literature and physical material for whatever you decide to master.
For myself I would master the subject of intelligence, so specifically learning about the brain and its functions in relation to intelligence. That would more than likely
include psychometrics and all the theories in relation to consciousness, sentience and just in general how the mind functions. I would personally use my skills in this region to help improve the intellect and minds of my republic, then I would try to find ways of improving the cognitive abilities in my country, so that I can uplift as many people as can be helped in the future generation. I'd build an organization that would pay people to allow us to give them IQ test so that we can see where the general intelligence (intellect) levels of our people are at. To be a little more realistic, I'd help my community out first, then my state, then the country as a whole (gotta start small ya?).
