That depends on the laws in your country. In the USA, unless it's explicitly made illegal, you can sell the RC. For example, modafinil is explicitly illegal according to US laws. But fladrafinil, a substance which is very very similar and when metabolized has nearly identical effects, isn't illegal and is sold on the clearweb. This site is a good example of drugs which are legal by current drug laws, despite many of these substances being very potent and very similar chemically to drugs that are banned.
