You can send the chemical to a lab for testing if you're noid for $100, a large amount of RCs are made from the Netherlands and if sourced from trusted chemists like Lizard Labs, the risk isn't there. They test each batch afaik and have had others test their product and upload online. So long as it's bought from a source like them, the only risk is due to user error. The only difference between ritalin and 4F-MPH is the fluorine added to it to make it more bioavailable. The LD50 would be nearly impossible to reach.

Looking up cases of any fatal incidents, there has been one. The guy mixed meth, amps and a couple other drugs alongside the 4F-MPH which undoubtedly synergized and killed him. So long as you aren't pairing it with a cocktail of drugs and it's bought from a decent source, I see no risk in it. Always best to be cautious of course and do your own research, to ensure you get what you're paying for.

Ritalin itself has caused hundreds of deaths but not directly, it's a lack of harm reduction. Like the people who die after taking ecstasy, they'll also be taking amphetamines and drinking alcohol and dancing all night long as they progressively dehydrate and collapse. Or people who mix valium, something nearly impossible to OD on, with alcohol. The depressive effects amplify each other and cause massive respiratory depression. I suppose thinking in that lens, pretty much any substance can be harmful if misused. Though just a random tangent since I know you were talking about shitty chink sources rather than the safety of the drug itself

Bump, apparently, I can't edit the OP. Another method that came to mind was buying near identical replicas of expensive clothing items off PandaBuy and reselling for 5x what you paid for. You could buy say a pair of yeezys for $50 and resell for $250 on Facebook marketplace. I think legally you would have enough plausible deniability ("How could I know it wasn't real? I thought I was getting a great deal!) so even in the offchance something bad happens, you'd still be alright.

ever since the ACP bill ended which helped subsidize internet for lower incomes i've been looking for a cheap internet. before this i was paying 75 USD a month for spectrum

i've been using this (https://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet/plans/5g-backup-internet-options) in the united states for my internet, its available wherever t mobile home internet is. here's a coverage map. these aren't always accurate though , be warned.

its not the actual t mobile home internet but something thats meant to be used as a backup just in case your main internet line fails. its made for people who need constant internet access like remote workers.

it's 20 USD a month for 130 gigabytes of data, and after that its throttled to 600 kpbs, which is awfully slow but plenty fast enough for text based internet browsing. and 130 gb is plenty if you don't stream and download your videos elsewhere which is what i do. i download movies and shows at familys homes and also on public wifi with vpn. it's a good speed too, i usually get 100 to 200 mbps

another option is using visible mobile service ( https://www.visible.com/plans?intcmp=hp:hero:planfirst) and then using the hotspot. but the hotspot is limited to 5 mbps. theres also a chance you could get a warning or cut off for using it as a home internet line because thats technically against the terms of service. i don't think its that likely but still something to be aware of. its 25 USD a month. and can get as low as 23 a month if you pay for a year at a time. its on verizons network which has the wides coverage here in the states and its the cheapest unlimited service i've found. reports on reddit of people using 100 to 200 gigabytes a month no issue, and theres no official throttle limit like with the t mobile , just deprioritization which i think only slows it down if theres lots of people on the tower in your area.
