One of the most depressing songs ever written.

I knew a lad that banged an eighth of heroin daily, he'd spend a few hundred dollars a day to keep up the habit. He'd buy and smuggle heroin from cartels out in southern Texas and sell it all, eventually he got caught and spent a couple years behind bars. Last I heard he's alright, the time behind bars was enough for him to normalize and become somewhat functional, whenever I listen to this song I remember him, and sometimes when I pushed the boundary more than it should've been pushed.
