Last year I was involved in an accident where a gas truck exploded in my near vicinity which rolled my car 3x. The rescue workers even had to use the jaws of life on my car doors and I had to be taken to the hospital which I can't remember.

This resulted in some chronic back pain, PTSD, and severe burns on my back which limits my mobility.

Insurance wanted to give me $80K right away which I was about to take but lawyers were contacting me and one said this case should be a slam-dunk for over a million dollar lawsuit. I was scared to go to court because theres always the chance you get less or nothing not to mention it takes a year or longer. I would have been happy with $80K but realistically if I accepted this then it would all be gone by now anyway knowing my spending habits.

So the jury awarded me $1.87M for my pain and suffering & future medical expenses. The reason so much was because the company who is responsible for the trucks was fond to be grossly negligent which was reasonably calculated to have lead to the events.... The family of the driver who was TOAST (died a second after the explosion prbly) was awarded even more since he died... Almost 5 millions!

Anyway now I have my money and I don't know what to buy. My lawyer noticed me as the ignorant type so made some suggestions about investing. He sugest that I finish my degree and let my life play out pretty much as normal for the next 10-20 years or so and then I could retire early with much more.

But I think this taste of NEETdom has shown me I can't work and this money is really a blessing to a NEET. Thank you @Neetgod !!!!

So I am 22 now and if I live until 65 (when social security should take over) then that is 65-22=43 years I have to make this money last.

$1,870,000/43 years = $43,000/year or $3,624 per month for the rest of my life. Not to mention if I open some small online businesses or run ewhoring ecsetra.

So here is my plan for every month:
$1200/Morgage
$1000/Food
$300/Entertainment
$600/car
$500/Weekly Massage

I would suggesting putting it in ETFs and Index Funds such as the S&P500. The average return of the S&P500 is around 10% so you would be getting decent returns. Even if the index funds only performed half as well you would still get a fair return. My knowledge of investing in non-crypto assets is minimal so do your own research instead of asking me questions.
As for me, if my crypto holdings reach my projected price target would have over half a million. Not as much as you but good enough to start with.

In the majority of cases ETF and Index Funds perform better than professionally managed funds managed by experts. It's better to buy and hold than to try and chase individual stocks you think will moon if you've got a large amount of cash.
The reason I'm buying crypto now is because I've got less to risk. Once I get my payout I'll put it in lower risk investments and keep aside a portion to reinvest in crypto.

I'm actually in the process of accumulating some shekels. Planning to ETFmaxx for a passive income. Also some munis bonds and REITs.
