Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out whatever is inside (try and aim for 3 liters per day but ideally 4 liters is good) also it might help if you can have a bath or give your dick a sink bath with antibacterial soap and let it soak for a bit.
If it still pains you or if it's really fucking painful now then go to the doctors as soon as you are able to, it could be stones. Thankfully there is supplements you can buy online that help break down stones but try and get it checked out first. Good luck, bro
