My job is literally killing me

I've had job for two years. Previous jobs I left after a maximum six months. I just couldn't stand them any longer. This time I forced myself to work because of money I could save (saved 60000$ in those 2yrs).
I have been sleeping an average of 4 hours for the past year. I'm waking up in the middle of the night and cannot fall asleep again. Then I lie on the bed waiting for the alarm clock. Noticed some gray hair on my head and beard. (I'm in my late 20s!!!) . This job is literally killing me, and it's not even such a bad job, I've had worse jobs before. I plan to quit and find some land where I could live self sufficiently, with minimum income. This is my only hope. Wage slaving is death

Refuse to be bullied by your bosses, managers, etc

Stand up to them and hold your ground

I know your pain, I was in a similar situation, but when you finally find a job you will want to leave it. I haven't yet had a job that doesn't suck.
