My land lord is controlling my thermostat

I live seven story up where is a 100 degrees out side four months out of the year. So it's balls hot she made it so my thermostat can't go below 75 degrees but it hovers at 78 degrees which is way to fucking hot for me. I need it at 68 degrees or i get really flustered. I hate this fucking shit hole. I'm moving soon so I don't have to pay these jew cunts another dime. I bought a portable ac unit I'm going to sneak use though so I should be good though.

Agreed its evil for them to do this to me especially since it doesn't get cooler then 75 degrees. Comfortable room temp is from 68 degrees and 74 degrees but my studio is generally at 78. Plus men typically need a cooler room then foids do. Plus I have high blood pressure so it causes me to run hot. The whole thing is inhumane
