Basically that, anything I do is not enough for her, anything I do is useless, for her, my job is not a "real job" because I work from a computer and not with my bare hands on the mines or a construction site.
I thought parents wanted to give their kids a better life and to get a better job than they had, either bigger salary or at least a more comfortable job.
She keeps pressuring me to change careers, to be an underpaid truck driver, plumber or electrician.
Most parents would love their kids to be something IT related, ranging from IT technician to software or web developer (me), but no, she has to be ungrateful and keeps pressuring me to change careers for something worse because "you can charge what you want" but that's not the case.
I already have my main job, an internship that might pay better if they hire me and from time to time I take commissions for 2d drawings or 3d models where I charge what I want.
The worst part is the mortgage, she's basically pressuring me to change careers because of it, not caring about my salary which is more than enough for a 200$/month mortgage.
She wants everything on her own way, there are no other opinions, no other options, no one is smart, only her is "smart", anything I do on a different way than she says is automatically wrong for some fucking reason.
I can't have a hobby, either because she complains about it costs money or because it's a "waste of time".
