Not anymore, the feature got removed because too many were crying about it for some reason. You used to be able to change it every 30 days, which was a little short I have to admit, would have probably set it at 1 year. But i got mine changed now and am very happy about it, btw. no wonder it didn't get approved even though i requested it 2 days before cancellation, you literally had no idea it even exised jfl. but like said doesn't matter anymore anyway for me cause it's changed now.
