I live with my parents. My dad has dementia now and my mother is slightly disabled so I help out with some stuff now.

It's good that you do what you want and are not concerned by the opinions of normies. Most NEETs have negative feelings about their self-worth and think that they're a burden to others because that's what society and others around him have conditioned him to believe. One important fact that you have to accept to overcome this pattern of thought is to realise that the vast majority of people have no worth. The people around you aren't contributing to society as much as they want you to think. At best they are like dairy cattle to be milked of their money to serve corporations and to provide revenue to their governments. At worst they are useless people consuming too many resources who have grown to be complacent to their servitude through a dull and unthinking mind.
