1. Rent out a mansion. (I found an ideal mansion that is out for rent at a very good price.
2. Buy exotic cars. (I will fill the garage with exotic cars. Exotic cars rarely age horribly. Leasing a car might give you slightly less monthly payments, but you have many downsides like being given 2500 miles a year and having to keep it in pristine condition.
3. Wardrobe upgrade. (Im not a huge fashionista but I’ll just buy from Italian and French brands.
4. Getting the girls. A mansion, sports car, or whatever item you possess won’t fetch the girls for you. The items will only work as a halo effect. (You need a way to source females and show them your possessions without being blunt about it.
Tai ( self help guro who teaches people how to get rich lol) knew very well what to buy and how to give an illusion of success. He rented that mansion for 75k monthly if I’m correct. Leased the cars and I assume paid the women. He spent money looking the part and faked it so well that he actually became rich selling his courses.
Tai is a successful marketer. He knew how to sell and look like the part. Maybe if you are trying to moneymax you should emulate his actions, strategies, and purchases.
