Apparently when he was younger he had friends and was NT. I wouldn't associate guys like de geso with depressed loner guys on general, it plays into the NT stereotypes

NTs love to associate weirdo outcast with being "predators but look at TCAP, most of those guys are NT with families, gfs and wives. Most predators are otherwise normal guys and often use their status/power to get away with it
