Discussion Neet trait: You hedonismmaxx when becoming a neet but then it becomes boring

When I first became a neet it was awesome, I could drink alcohol, eat pizza, watch stuff until 5am then do a lay in until the afternoon. But then it became boring and old after 6 months because I realized that society had moved on from me and my rebelious phase just left me empty jfl

The novelty wears off quickly, its still great to be a neet but if you have issues they won't magically resolve after becoming one.

Fun things tend to become boring after a while. I'm not sure what causes it...

Perhaps it's due to too much repetition or something similar.

Perhaps due to lack of contrast, playing videogames on a satuday night feels amazing if you were at work/school all week, or even watching star wars. Its entertaining becauses its limited. When you're a neet the hedonism catches up with you so to speak.

I disagree. I think the boredom is due to limited finances, let's say you're neet with 10 million dollars, are you really going to get bored Impossible.

You will get burned out whether you work or neet either way. Its no different. You don't think working 9-5 for 50 years get boring?
