Same, it's so bad that I can't even remember the colour of the killer in Among Us if I catch him in the act, or if I've posted in a thread before, or if I took my meds or not, 10 minutes after deciding that I would.

my oldest memory is 1 year 4 months, I have other memories before I was 5 years old, in my case it is a good memory and it is more tragic because you remember the bad moments as well.
