Lifestyle Neetcel trait: you can only fall asleep when you're super tired

I stay awake for 25+ hours until I feel so tired that bed is a good alternative to doing things on the computer. If I go earlier to bed, then I'm just laying there bored until I go back to my computer. The only way to stay in bed is to use my phone, but then I just use my phone for like 4 hours instead of the pc. I think my brain just got too used to fed with stuff on the internet. Sometimes I even visualize browing reddit & .is while I try to fall asleep.

Not true, I live with one person and they are away half the time. I basically have the place to myself.

Yeah when I was neeting for years I had trouble sleeping, would go to sleep at 2am and I still couldn't easily fall asleep.

But now that I'm working I get sleepy waaay earlier. Even at 8PM I'm sleepy, so I go to sleep at like 10-11PM. Sometimes 12 but that's pushing it cause then I'll be a zombie in the morning.

I hate working, so stressful.

I've been experiencing sleep paralysis almost every night due to how erratic my sleep is. I'd prefer to have a normal sleep cycle but fixing it is a struggle.
