I do indeed have really low self esteem. Part is genetic due to my meek personality but some from what all has happened.
Luckily my wife and I both cook healthy meals. I have not gone carb free yet. I do workout, but need to harder.
I rarely eat fast food given how expensive everything is. Rice and beans made at home is cheap.

I am not sure how much a low carb diet weight loss and working out can do for Kleinfelters looking men like me.
