Serious New user probationary period

I know of two newer users who are utter dogshit one is purely negative and another always replies dnw or dnr.

There should be a 1-2 month probationary period were after the time is over the mods would review their replies/post and decide if they should stay or be banned.

I kind of am somewhat done with the forum but it's a suggestion to weed out some of the shittiest users.

I looked at posts from 2020 and apparently there was a rule not to shitpost or else the post got deleted and the user got a warning, re-implementing that would be nice.

Everyday I see posts where the title of the thread is larger than the post itself.

My posts/replies used to be under review for some reason. It wouldn’t be anything that was against the rules, is this the same for all new posters? I guess it’s a good thing to implement to stop annoying shitposters
