Scene: Niamharina Confronts Manletmachine's Parents

Setting: A quiet suburban neighborhood. Niamharina, dressed in a black leather jacket and boots, walks up to the door of a modest house. Her demeanor is firm but composed. After knocking, the door opens to reveal Manletmachine’s mother, a petite woman in her late 50s with an anxious smile.

Manletmachine’s Mother:
“Hello, can I help you?”

Niamharina: *“Hi, I’m Niamharina. I’m here about your son. Is it possible to speak with you and your husband?”*

Manletmachine’s Mother (visibly worried): “Oh… of course. Please, come in.”*

The living room is cluttered but cozy, with family photos on the walls. Manletmachine’s father, a stern-looking man with a receding hairline, joins them.

Manletmachine’s Father: “What’s this about? Has he done something?”

Niamharina: “It’s about his online behavior. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but your son has been… fixating on me in a way that’s become uncomfortable. He’s written songs about me, posted obsessively about me on forums like Looksmax.org and NEETs.net, and even claimed he can’t stop thinking about me.”

The parents exchange a look of concern.

Manletmachine’s Mother: “We’ve always known he spends too much time on the computer, but… songs? Obsession? This is the first we’ve heard of it.”

Manletmachine’s Father: “He’s always been a bit… different. But we didn’t think it would escalate to this.”

Niamharina: “I understand he might be going through something, but this behavior crosses a line. I’ve been receiving messages from strangers because of his posts. People are starting to associate me with his obsession.”

At that moment, Manletmachine walks in from the hallway. He’s thin, pale, and visibly upset.

Manletmachine: “Why are you here? I didn’t do anything wrong!”

Niamharina: "You didn’t think about how your actions affect me. Turning me into some kind of idealized fantasy is not okay.”

Manletmachine (frustrated): “I was just expressing myself! You don’t get it—you’re everything I’ve ever wanted!”

Manletmachine’s Father: “Enough, son. This isn’t healthy, and it isn’t fair to her.”

Manletmachine’s Mother: “Why didn’t you tell us you were feeling like this? We could have helped.”

Niamharina (calmly): “Manletmachine, I’m not here to attack you. I’m here because this has to stop. Obsession isn’t love—it’s a way to avoid dealing with your own issues.”

Manletmachine (softly): “I just… I thought if I tried hard enough, you’d notice me.”

Niamharina: “I noticed. But not in the way you wanted. You need to focus on yourself—not on an idea of me that doesn’t exist.”

Manletmachine looks down, visibly ashamed.

Manletmachine’s Father: “Son, we’ll get you some help. This isn’t something you have to go through alone.”

Manletmachine’s Mother: *“She’s right. You need to take care of yourself first.”

Niamharina: “I truly wish you the best. But this can’t continue.”

She stands to leave, her message delivered. As she walks out, Manletmachine watches her go, a mix of regret and understanding washing over him.
