I have been going for night walks every night for a few days now, its relaxing walking around at night and thinking about the past, the future etc. It clears the mind, also gives a routine to do every day which helps stop self destruction. I reccomend it to anyone who wants to think about things, however you have to walk somewhere you like. It could have the opposite effect otherwise.
