I dont know why I hate it so much. There are some retards whispering close to me right now and I had to put on my headphones. I dont mind when people talk or scream, but these retards think its better to whisper.
In university it happened all the time, retards whispering in class not letting me concentrate and making me angry, if they talked at full volume I wouldnt care.
