For the fellow NEETs, do you feel your current way of living to be sustainable? Does willfully getting a job out of boredom ever cross your mind? Personally, I have a few projects in mind, but since I wouldn't need an employer to complete them, I can't see myself having a job for sometime now. However, the urge to conquer does cross my mind and I get comically motivated to start doing things I've been putting off every now and then, only to go back to my old ways the very next day. Sustainability on the other hand is an interesting one and I can't speak much on it. Only time will tell whether I'm recognized as disabled, I become rich, or I'm forced to get a job. Life is utterly unpredictable at times.

I recently just worked for 8 months and do not plan on going back into work any time soon, it has been an incredibly important experience for me because it really helped me understand and appreciate I will never be normal.

I did save quite a bit of money and now live a comfy neet life and have a nice safety net for the worst case scenario, but realistically I think I am just going to NEET until my parents die than I will commit suicide which I already have a plan for.

Basically no, my NEET life is not sustainable but nothing is sustainable in life if you are in an unfortunate position so may as well make the most out of the fun we do have.

Weirdly enough, I felt a sense of accomplishment after putting in 8 hour days at my wagie job for a few months. I've felt so dead inside these past few months, so maybe setting up short term and long term goals will set me back on track to self-actualization. The comfy NEET life is what everyone else experiences in the west after their 40 years of slaving, so it's no wonder why people might despise us for our lifestyle. It's like a universal Skip-The-Line pass at Disney World.

perhaps a normal life is something you can pursue from the sounds of it, for me everyday was pure suffering and agony on top of already having plenty of sadness, biterness and trauma

For me it would be impossible to sustain this lifestyle. Soon, I will go back to university, and then I will have to look for a job. A cucked life awaits me.

Getting old won't be a problem because I'll just kill myself.

Neetbuxx sustains me well and I never get bored, working a job is the last thing I'd do.
