This means that the wisdom that would require additional incarnations to inculcate can be had. And likewise, the rapid expansion of consciousness that follows that wisdom and allows for ascension - the complete liberation from suffering and actualization of one's highest purpose - can be had.

1. Perfect Spirit
- Understanding the polarity of one's soul is determined by thoughts and actions. Third-density life on Earth is designed with a 50/50 composite of positive and negative polarity catalysts. Meaning that stimuli that inspire good feelings appear just as often as ones that inspire negative feelings. And likewise stimuli that inspires good actions appear just as often as ones that inspires negative actions. This applies in a similar fashion to the human ego and the higher self (superego) that are in constant contention for supremacy over the conscious mind; with the exception that one's ego must always be transcended to polarize either way.
- This is designed in such a way for the mind-body-spirit complex that is a human being to choose a way to polarize. As if they do not choose a polarity deliberately they will be caught in the 50/50 split and experience suffering from not transcending the ego. In other words, suffering exists in order to incentivize free will, as without it people have no desire to develop discernment and choose a way to polarize.
- The reward of full actualization of one's individuality, their free will, in third-density is liberation from suffering so they can begin creating at higher densities like the upcoming 4th-density when they gain enough charge in either polarity in third-density. The purpose of free will being developed is so you don't harm yourself when your godhood crystallizes and create unconsciously.
- Commit to a polarity. The positive and negative polarities are also called STO (service to others) and STS (service to self) paths. To do so may require more study and introspection, which is part of the purpose of your human lifetime. 51% positivity is required for STO ascension and 91% negativity is required for STS ascension. Both are deemed equally difficult.
- In essence, the STO path consists of transcending the ego and cultivating the heart center (or heart chakra) to harmonize all other centers with unconditional love. While one's individuality remains, as their Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow) remains intact within their energy body, they're no longer pulled around by the urges caused by unstable centers in third-density; allowing them to act from a place of authenticity true to their god essence.
- STO polarizes by honoring free will and making all relationships loving. Part of what's protecting this planet is an alliance of STO beings, which repel the higher density negative entities from enslaving mankind by emanating lovelight that depolarizes their negative frequency if they remain. They view all as One and strive to protect the individuality of all beings, as they are all seen as aspects of the One. Their worlds resemble heaven or nirvana where beings work together in harmony following natural laws such as equivalent exchange and loving one's neighbor as themselves. They progress through the densities all the way to the 7th where they are reunited with the Source.
- The STS path consists of transcending the ego and skipping over the heart center (or heart chakra). They choose to view themselves as separate from everything else, choosing to view their own individuality as superior to other selves. In doing so, they manifest qualities that resemble the Dark Triad we refer to on Earth; using force, duplicity and coercion to make other beings give up their power and be their slaves. Their worlds are similar to corporations, and the right to enslavement is determined by contribution. They progress through the densities all the way to the 6th, the density of unity, where they reverse their polarity to the positive after realizing the simple fact of skipping over a center makes them incapable of complete ascension; as all things must be seen as love/light to be fully conjoined.
- Both STO and STS path are both seen as valid by the Source. The STO path followers are even thankful for the STS path for increasing their knowledge of the universe through constant demand on them to be aware and wise. However, in order to transcend, one must commit. Similar to a Jedi or a Sith. To perfect one's spirit so that their attunement with the force is high enough to create lasting change in the world and beyond.
2. Perfect Mind
- In understanding the control one's thoughts have over their state of being, one uses their thoughts in harmony with their feelings to code into the nexus of reality their desired outcome. All negative feelings stem from a belief in lack. So the piercing light of consciousness determines where the lack belief resides, using the truth to extinguish it. In this way one overcomes the ego gradually through truth reinforcement. If one is sad because of someone's death, remind oneself they will be joined with them again. If one is angry, remind oneself that an outcome is not what one desires, but peace and love this very moment. For it is only in a peaceful loving state - harmonious state - that the efficacy of one's mind-body-spirit complex is at it's most capable, and the truth beyond the material which is responsible for all material is grasped for oneself, and they can actualize as a Creator themselves.
- The reality of this simulation is such that your internal integrity must exceed the external integrity of the simulation in order to change it. "No problem can be solved by the same level of consciousness that created it" -Albert Einstein and likewise you cannot break free of the simulation you created when you got lost in the trappings of the ego your environment imprinted without going beyond the feelings, thoughts and actions it tempts. This means being in a blissful state of being created from the light of consciousness remaining present and intentionally pruning the fallacies of ego and reinforcing the agency one has over reality to make it that which one desires by revoking beliefs in ego illusion and invoking beliefs in Creator consciousness becomes essential to one liberating themselves from Samsara.
- In other words, you must use your consciousness to select the thoughts you charge and discharge. And in doing so, you are effectively a player using an avatar creator in a video game. Every time you investigate and unravel a thought rooted in an ego fallacy, you are gradually pushing the slider of your embodied avatar to it's desired value. I recommend journaling for this process.
- To perfect one's mind is a matter of letting go of limiting beliefs. As they are as rocks tied to the foot of a bird. And then setting out with faith in the Source and the all to realize one's ideal reality from their vantage using the methods their chosen path permits.
- To heal one's thoughts and feelings is to heal the body, as all illness, be it mental or physical, stems from a confliction with inner consciousness. If your connection to your inner consciousness was perfect, you wouldn't even need food or water to remain embodied.
- Physical exercise is a good way to increase mind-body connection and increase the latent energy within your field by raising the mitochondria in your cells, and thus the ATP it produces which affects your frequency. Any form of obesity isn't recommended as it increases obstruction between your energy pathways.
- For STO cultivators meat is not recommended as most animals haven't given up their lives willingly to be consumed, and meat consumption has been shown to increase inflammation, cellular degradation and energy pathway disruption. There is also the simple fact that the meditators with the highest recorded energy fields on average, Buddhist Monks, stay clear from meat. A vegetarian diet is recommended, but a vegan longevity diet like this is ideal for one who must consume. For STS cultivators I'd recommend a Mediterranean diet, as it one that is correlated with decent health and longevity despite animal consumption.
- I recommend a meditation and yoga practice of your choosing to perform daily. As this will ensure your awareness is rooted in the present moment and can tame the ego while strengthening the connections between your energy pathways (Chakras).
- To obtain a perfect body as an STO remain in loving relationship with all things, including a profound love for yourself. Be grateful for the lessons your previous experiences have taught you before you achieve the outcome you desire and reflect before a crowd of people. If you see past the illusions of ego, a reason to love can always be found. With this love, you will naturally take care of your body more. To obtain a perfect body as an STS remain in equivalent exchange with your body, taking care of and nourishing it as needed for it to serve you so you can be strong enough to enforce.
